THE AURORA COMMUNITY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WILL BE HOSTING THEIR ANNUAL BUSINESS EXPO SATURDAY, March 28, 2015 FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. AT AURORA HIGH SCHOOL 305 W. Prospect.  RESERVATIONS FOR BOOTH SPACE ARE NOW BEING TAKEN. COST IS $75 PER BOOTH, ELECTRIC IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10 BUT IS LIMITED.

20th – Mercy Auxiliary Aurora’s annual $6 Jewelry/Accessory Sale will be Friday, March 20th from 7am to 3pm in the Carol Morris Room of Mercy Hospital Aurora. This sale includes jewelry, gadgets and gifts, as well as items for children, men & women. Proceeds from this sale will benefit Auxiliary projects for Mercy Hospital Aurora.

3th31st Annual Aurora Auto Fest/
The 31st Annual Aurora Auto Fest will be held Saturday, October 4th under the shade trees at Oak Park on Business Highway 60 in Aurora. With classes for classic and street rod cars, trucks and motorcycles showcased. The festivities begin at 8:00 am. An entry fee of $25 is required the day of the show for vehicles. There will be plaque awards for each class along with dash plaques awarded to the first 100 entries. Along with the awards, a 50/50 pot, a chili cook-off competition, Pie Cook Off food and craft vendors. Entries for booth space is also being reserved at this time with a $25 fee for a 10 by 10 space. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.

What is a Piccadilly Auction? It is a high-energy auction where you could win hundreds of dollars of gifts for only a few quarters!
Paddles will be $10 per person (1 paddle per person). You may register in advance at Hudson Collision, Parkway Hardware or the Chamber of Commerce Depot. By 11/11/2014 and receive Free admission, 1 paddle, and 1 special pre-registration door prize raffle ticket

14th- Miss Holly Pageant – The Miss Holly Pageant is scheduled to take place November 14, 2015 at Pate Early Childhood Center, 400 Terrace Drive, Aurora. Festivities begin at 7:00 p.m. as area high school girls Freshman-Senior compete for the Miss Holly crown. All participants must reside in Lawrence, Barry or Stone Counties. A $30 business sponsor fee is required along with a completed registration form available at the Aurora Chamber of Commerce office Entry deadline is November 6th .
